Charter Schools should not come into our neighborhoods and expand at the expense of the District Schools the Parent Associations of our Schools is telling DOE NO MORE!!!!

The majority of NY City politicians supported lifting the cap on Charters and Obama's Race To The Top competion, even with UFT backed reforms. Aggressive co-locations and the cancerous Charter incursion on public school spaces will now aggressively metastisize!
Let's see which government officials will now cry "NIMBY (not in my backyard)" when charters escalate the racist take-over of Harlem and our other
predominantly Black and Latino communities.
Let's step up the struggle to promote the full funding and support for democratic public schooling and no to privatized charter schools.
We need to challenge those NIMBY politicians and union officials who have supported lifting the cap on charters.
Charters will continue to promote separate and unequal schooling.
Charters are cutbacks to public education by diminishing its spaces, resources and funds.
Charters, in an elitist fashion, will continue to divide our communities.
Charters will continue to divide and allow the private corporates to conquer public schools.
Support the struggle at Mosaic and halt the Moskowitz charter aggression in Harlem!
No cutbacks; no charters.
No to NIMBY politicos & union officials.
